Excel’s Three Penny^sm Plan is perfect if you make a lot of state-to-state long distance calls especially during the Off-peak calling times.

Rates for State-to-State Calls

• Peak: 10¢ per minute
• Off-peak: 3¢ per minute, up to 2000 minutes per month
• $5.95 per month
• Intrastate rates vary by state. See rates below.
• Rates exclude governmental taxes and fees, including the Universal Service Fund, similar state funds, carrier cost recovery fees and other regulatory fees.

Calling Times

• Peak: 7:00 am to 6:59 pm, 7 days per week
• Off-peak: 7:00 pm to 6:59 am, 7 days per week

Included Features

• Interstate rates are effective 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
• Interstate rates include calls to American Samoa, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and Saipan.
• Optional International Plan WorldRate^® Now. International mobile termination rates apply.
• No minimum monthly usage.
• Calls are billed in one minute increments.
• Off-peak limit of 2000 minutes per month on state-to-state calls. Over this limit, calls are 10¢ per minute.
