Q: How can I call domestic or international number using my calling card?

A: To call domestic or international number from US location using our calling card please follow listed instructions:

• First dial Excel Domestic Calling Card Access Number: 888-431-3932.
• When prompted, please enter your 10 digits card number and 4 digits PIN number consecutively.

Q: How can I use your card while traveling abroad?

A:To call domestic or international number from abroad using our calling card please follow listed instructions:

• First please dial Country International Access Number of the country from which you are calling. If the country you are now is not listed in this list, then you would not be able to use our card to call from this country. We recommend that you would check this list before traveling abroad.
• During the "long tone" please enter Excel Service Access Code (SAC): 166. (Note: If access code is dialed incorrectly, the call will default to International Operator Assistance)
• You will then be prompted to enter your terminating number (For international call dial 011+ Country Code + City Code + Number).
• To place another call, hold # key for five (5) seconds.
• If you would like to connect to US Directory Assistance, dial Area Code + 555 + 1212.

Q: Will I be charged for using my calling card from a payphone?

A: Yes. You can make a calling card call from a payphone without using a coin but there is a surcharge using a calling card from a payphone. The fee varies between payphones but averages about 35 cents. This is a Communications Act requirement to ensure that the Payphone Service Providers are fairly compensated for each call from their payphone.

Q: What should I do if I loose my calling card?

A: Please call or email our customer service and we will replace your card without additional charge.

Q: What should I do if my card got stolen?

A: Please call our customer service and we will change your PIN immediately.

Q: Can I get my own vanity calling card PIN?

A: Yes, by default system assigns you a random 4-digit PIN, but you can call our customer service and change it to your own 4-digit PIN code.

Q: How long it takes to receive your calling card?

A: From the moment of ordering it usually takes about five business days to receive your calling card.
