A: It's the perfect meeting solution. Voice Conferencing helps you to conduct hassle-free meetings without incurring expensive travel and time-consuming accommodations planning.
Q: How does voice conferencing work for participants?
A: Simply dial one access telephone number and enter your pass code. After your access is validated you will be asked to introduce yourself and then you will join the conference. If conference moderator haven't joined the conference yet, you will hear music till moderator will join the conference.
Q: How do I start my conference as a moderator?
A: Simply call the dial-in phone number 1-888-426-6363 and enter your moderator passcode. Please be prepared to supply eMeritus Account number. If you call Premiere Global Reservations to set up your conference, your reservationist will assign a phone number and passcode to your conference. If your passcode fails after the third attempt, please contact Reservations to verify the meeting time, passcode and dial-in phone number.
Q: How do I invite participants to my conference?
A: To invite participants to attend your conference, you will need to distribute only your dial-in number and participant passcode. Please contact Reservations in the event that you cannot locate this information.

Q: Is there a monthly fee?
A: No. You pay only when you use conferencing. All quoted rates are per minute, per participant starting from when the participant joins the call until they disconnect from the call.
Q: Do I have to pay toll charges in addition to the usage charges?
A: In the U.S., toll-free access for your participants is included in the rate of your conferencing service. If you or your participants use the international dial-in number to access your conference, calling charges will be billed by the caller's carrier of choice.
Q: What happens if I have more participants than ports?
A: Once all ports are utilized no one else is allowed on the call. However, if you are expecting more participants than available ports, you may contact us for a temporary port increase.
Q: Is there any limit on the number of conferences I can have?
A: No. Conference Connections Voice Conferencing works on minutes of usage. However, only one conference call can be active per pass code. A subscriber can only have one active conference at a time.
Q: Can conference participants call from anywhere in the U.S?
A: Yes. Access can originate from all domestic locations.
Q: What if I want to make changes to my subscriber profile?
A: To change account information or to update your subscriber profile (email address, account options, etc.), please contact us at 1-888-426-6363.
Q: How can I increase the security of my conference call?

A: Your audio conference account has several enhanced features, called Moderator Features, that can increase the security of your conference call. Examples of these features include:

  • Music On-Hold. Increase security by playing music into the conference until you are ready to begin, thereby ensuring you are in control of your conference.
  • Roll Call. You can kick off your Conference meeting with a roll call.
  • You can also use the entry and exit tones that are played into the conference when participants join and leave the call to update meeting attendance.
Q: How can I manage attendees on my conference call?

A: You can manage various options of your conference call through any touch-tone phone. Simply use the keypad to access the Star Controls for your conference:

  • Press *1 to access the Help Menu.
  • Press *4 to increase the volume of participant voices/lines.
  • Press *5 to increase the volume of your voice/line.
  • Press *7 to decrease the volume of participant voices/lines.
  • Press *8 to decrease the volume of your voice/line.
  • Press *92 to hear a roll call.
  • Press *93 to terminate all participant lines.
  • Press *94 to lock and unlock your conference (prevents other attendees from entering your conference).
  • Press *96 to mute all participant lines.
  • Press *97 to "un-mute" all participant lines.
  • Press *0 for assistance from a reservationist.
Q: What kind of support is available during my conference?
A: Assistance is always available with your audio conference. If you need help during your conference, press *0 to reach a reservationist or press *1 to access the Help Menu. Pressing the star key (*) automatically re-admits you to your meeting.
